"Ordered a to-go order. Waited 5 minutes at window after being text that my order was ready and to come to window to pick up. Rang the service bell a few times while waiting andew minutes between ringing. Went inside and the hostess used her radio to call the person working the pick up section. That person rudely yelled at the hostess as she was right behind her and then turned back to continue her conversation with another coworker. Waited another 5 minutes till she finished her conversation and walked over to the carry out section to get my order. She was rude on top of all of this. Food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired"

"We took our granddaughters out for a steak dinner and went here since we had gift cards to use. Our server, Trent, was very nice and attentive to our needs and our food was fresh, well seasoned, hot and delicious! The bathroom was clean and there's plenty of parking. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the restaurant was packed and the seating is tight, which creates a very loud environment. I'm just not a fan of what I call 'train station dining'. Despite the noise, we would definitely eat here again."
