"The food is fine, staff is friendly - I just had a huge hiccup in my mobile order. Must've ordered during a shift change or something because they marked my order as complete when I went to pick it up, but when I walked into the store the guy had no idea what my order was and that the guy who had just got off the clock had marked it as complete without actually making it. Guy was super apologetic and made the order, it was still really good. But I placed the mobile order for a short time window so I was hoping to get the order before my shift. Absolutely coming back but will be hesitant about mobile orders again unless I know circumstances are better EDIT: imo, this is top 3 late-night bite in West Chester, if not the best. Whenever I'm out late at the bars with friends I always recommended we go here before they close (they've even taken orders & served us after closing)"

"I got the kids meal chicken bites with hot honey sauce, seasoned fries, and a drink just to try the place out. The price was decent for what you get. The chicken bites with the hot honey sauce was very good. The fries weren't crispy but had a good flavor but I found a hair in my fries. The place didn't look very clean but the cooking area where they cooked the food looked clean enough. The staff was friendly enough, the girl who rang me up must have been new because she kept needing help which is fine. Overall not bad but I'd rather have Fire Nashville Hot Chicken down the street for better flavor and way better options for sides."
