"They should complete orders of standing walking customers prior to pickup orders. Waited 20 minutes watching 15 orders come together when nobody was there to pick them up. Not worth waiting that long, but tasty non the less."

"We love this burger joint because they have gluten free buns (that actually taste good!) and dairy free shakes so we can all enjoy a delicious meal. This past time we ordered food in the store to take home, everyone was super polite like usual (one young lady in particular is Always SO polite and nice. Apologizes if we have to wait, makes us feel right at home, etc.) I checked our food in the car like we usually do anywhere, and my burger and one sons had zero toppings/sauce. So I kindly went back inside and they were super nice and made us two new burgers, everybody kept apologizing, and while I waited they offered me a fountain drink. We appreciate places that go above and beyond, especially when some of us have food allergies. When we got home my son gobbled down his burger and said, “This is the BEST burger I’ve ever had!!!” :) Thank You guys!!"

"I was excited to have smash burger because it’s been a while, but this experience was a complete disappointment and I don’t know if I will be returning again. While the food is definitely pricey, I wouldn’t mind it if the QUALITY and PORTION were up to par. But the burgers were pretty small, and to make matter worst, the fries we ordered were COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. The fact that you serve slim shoe string potatoes means that they have a very short shelf life. The fries with my order WERE NOT FRESH. They were hard, dry, and there is NO WAY that those fries were freshly made for my order. It was an insult to be served fries that were either out all day or were reheated. This food is too expensive to not be able to serve your customer a freshly cooked meal. Very disappointed at my experience here and won’t be coming back. I wanted to give 1.5 but there’s no option for it so the 1 star will have to do"

"I love this store. It’s local to me and they have the best food. The food always taste fresh. The employees and managers are always super friendly and they always make sure if I’m good or need anything. If I had to rate this store I’d give it a solid 10/10. The food and service is so good that I’m there multiple times a week!!"

"Well the food was great and the employees are nice, but there was only 3 tables seated ith approximately 7 persons not including us 2 and the employees were talking amongst themselves while the floors were dirty, the men's bathroom floor was black and greasy, the basin was dark and dirty, and the soap dispenser was greasy. I'm assuming that the kitchen staff uses the bathroom and that's the reason for the grease. I will also assume that they do wash their hands due to the grease smears on the pump. The table next to us had shreeded chees, and it would be fine if they were busy but it really wasn't, so much so that 3 employees were speaking and one was on her phone. I am being critical, but if this chain is in such a new and nice location it should live up to its name and the investment made."
