"The food is amazing but twice now their online ordering took our money but didn't take our order and the place refuses to make our food or give us a refund and we had to go to the bank to fight it. Never going here again if they like to take your money without giving you food. We had to prove to Slice our order was canceled because the shop forgot to turn off Slice when they were closed and were trying to fight us saying they delivered the food. Really tell me how you delivered food on a day you were closed. How do we remember this because it was a holiday and they were not open so they didn't deliver any food that day!!!"
