"My husband and I have been regulars at this location since we moved here and go about 1x a week, but we have been consistently disappointed over the past few months. The subs started to have less and less meat in it, so then we started ordering extra meat. But now even when ordering extra meat (which is $5.50) you don’t even get anything extra. Beyond just the food, the service is so horrendous. My husband waited an extra 30 minutes for our food today, not because it was busy, but because the man whose sole job is the register forgot to put the order out. With six employees and no one else in the store no one thought to ask my husband what our order was?! Our food was cold by the time we got it home and all we got was a “oh my bad”. We really love Jersey Mikes but can’t justify the increase in price while they continue to worsen their food quality and service. We understand inflation but to decrease quality while increasing prices is so aggravating. Unfortunately we’ll be finding a new take out spot."

"Ordered the Portabella CHICKEN cheese steak, but got the BEEF one instead. Shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to double check especially for a takeout, but MY BAD I guess."
