"I went in to get a size 13 kids shoe home it's a size one. So when I went back they didn't have the size. Train your to look for the US size not UK size. It's big and bold but it's not the US. Store clean somewhat helpful.."

"I generally have low to no expectations for businesses in certain parts of town. When I encounter a business across town that has regular to exceptional customer service it’s always so delightful. It’s like a pleasant unexpected surprise. I had to do an exchange today and it was uneventful. So uneventful and pleasant I figured I’d say thanks. I shopped, I was able to try on multiple shoes, and I did an exchange. Almost everyone working this evening was super supportive of one another. The associates I encountered spoke with news anchor voices, speech void of the native DMV accent / lingo. The store was super clean but I think they may have recently encountered theft of merchandise. No one said anything of the sort, but they were noticing things like empty hangers and missing shoes from the displays. They could have just been cleaning though. Hats off to having regular, mannerly, knowledgeable, pleasant customer service. Much appreciated in these times!"

"On 1/21/23 shortly after 3pm, I arrived to purchase a pair of White Nike Air Max 90s I inquired about via phone. A young woman (petite and light-skinned) promptly retrieved them for me and asked would I like to try them on. Immediately upon opening the box, I noticed there were no cardboard inserts or tissue paper in the shoe. No big deal but then I noticed the toe of the shoe was wrinkled. Once I put on the shoe, the wrinkle was still visible. And then I noticed evidence that the shoe had possibly been worn and returned. I asked the young lady to bring me a new pair because of my concerns. She went in the back for five minutes and came out with another pair of shoes. WHY WAS IT THE SAME PAIR? I walked out immediately without purchasing."

We had our hands full with our toddlers and trying to figure out their correct shoe size and she was very knowledgeable and was able to get us the right shoe sizes!
