"Owner was extremely unprofessional to guests who visit to pay for items on an invoice. They and the employee looked so stunned and dumfounded from the profanity of the owner they couldn't even react as he ripped up their invoice and stormed away without so much of an explanation. It was disheartening to see and perhaps the owner could learn something from by watching himself in action (literally signs everywhere warning partons they are on camera)."
"I called today to try and price out some new equipment for my restaurant. I figured I'd call national restaurant equipment since I attended high school with a family member of the owners. The receptionist was very friendly and connected me with someone in sales immediately. However, my conversation didn't get too far. This sales person was extremely rude. To the point that I had to hang up. She seemed to be aggravated that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!"
"This is the worst service there is, we got a brand new refrigerator from these company suggested by the sales rep, the refrigerator never work we contact them about the issue they din’t want to replacement we find out that the compressor was broke, when they delivered it charge 300. 00 so we Contacted the manufacturer they said National equipment should have resolved this issues, we try to talk to the general manager an he refused to talked an din’t do anything to resolved our situations. I would not recommend it never again!!"
"I own a shop in Fulton Maryland and when one of our pieces of equipment went down this week, we found we needed to order a part that was critical. I stopped by National and although they don't carry parts, they took the part off a piece of equipment in their inventory. They gave it to me as an introduction to their store and level of customer service. They have certainly earned a new loyal customer. Kept us up and running..... So appreciated!!!!!"
