"Don’t work at this location, and don’t shop here either. Simply put, the employees are rude and not trained to assist your wants and needs, they are trained for your purchase alone and they lack professionalism and good customer service like a disease. I have much to say from my personal experience but I will leave it at that."

"Horrible customer service. The first cashier was fair, never rude but not pleasant. The second person, the Spanish clerk, I assume, was in charge; she comes in with a rude attitude, never greeted me at the counter, looked me up and down, and watched the Afro American clerk do my purchase. The sad part I called yesterday to see if they had my size to exhange the Converse women shoe for a larger size. They both need customer service etiquette so they can better serve the public."

"Went in to exchange something and asked a girl about the exchange policy and showed her the shoes I wanted to exchange. She said they were beat. I told her someone told me other information and she didn’t say anything and said I couldnt exchange them. That’s cool , but she didn’t have to be rude about it. Was just asking questions."
