"This company is awful. They can't follow through on appointments or even produce correct measurements. Their "supervisor" has absolutely no customer service skills - she refuses to take ownership. Thankful that their incompetence came to light before we moved forward with them."

"It's been about 4 months with our new kitchen and we love it! Boban was extremely helpful during the entire process. He has experience with Ikea kitchens and gave us good ideas. It took about a month to complete. The end result is perfect for our needs. I highly recommend them and Ikea kitchens! Keep an open mind and ask Boban for ideas. He was very responsive over text. They also broke down the pantry closet walls, painted, and re-finished our floors."

"These guys are the worst! We got them through ikea and wile the ikea items were good quality the service of Zee Dee Touch was horrible! Dillan is lazy and Boban never answers calls or texts and when he does he is down right nasty. They installed our floors unevenly to start off with and did not listen to any of our requests. I had asked for extra tile cuttings to be left and not tossed away since we would be using the left overs for another home improvement project. Well guess what I saved from the garbage late at night.....it was never ending repeat of one guy would say yes sure. Then I come home to find out nothing had been done as I asked. We had asked them to enlarge a opening from the kitchen to the dinning room which they did but it was uneven and they did not put a base board as we had asked. We asked them to correct it but they just did not, so my husband had to fix it him self. Then when I came home I saw paint spatter on my walls and the same spatter on the contractor's file folder and clothing. I asked him where it had come from and he just said it was already there so I pointed to his folder and he just ignored me. And after we left not the nicest review with ikea they sent me and my husband a long nasty text message! Very unprofessional and sloppy craftsmanship, go with another company!"
