"I stopped in after pining for a bike for several weeks. I needed to know where to start, as I hadn't ridden anything with pedals since I was a teen, and only cheap Walmart stuff at that. The staff was very helpful, installed all of the accessories I purchased and got me on my first quality bicycle. I have found my cardio is severely lacking, but that's a me problem and the bike they sold me can only help improve that. I'll definitely be back if and when I'm ready for my next bike, and the free tune ups thing made me feel really good about my purchase."
"Went in today for our third visit. We had gotten tune-ups and other repairs done here previously. We have never had anything but an absolute positive experience. Today's was a front derailleur issue on my wife's bike we went in and they fixed it in about 15 minutes for 20 bucks no problems at all. I suspect that those who have bad customer experiences here are simply bad customers. I respect and prefer a shop that wants to do things right and do things safely."
"I had called asking for a front derailleur adjustment, and a technician said my bike was china trash, and he doesn't wanna fix it. I knew this wasn't true because i had rode the bike for about a year, and all i needed was a derailleur ajustment. I felt insulted by that because im calling to get help, and the technician wanted to insult me off of my own purchase instead of fixing it. I then went to a different bike shop, and the guy fixed it right away, and it works flawlessly now."
"Excellent bike shop, great owners and staff. Purchased my bike some years ago but have returned for service and parts over the years. The staff is always friendly and informative!"
"I bought a bike from this shop several years ago. They told me that I would have a life time of 'tune-ups'. Called the bike shop about a year later and said I wanted to drop my bike off for a tune-up. They told me that it would only take 10 minutes. OK - so not much of a tune-up but its free. Probably just a little bit of lube. Went back today for another tune-up and they tell me that I have to leave the bike for a week. I told them that that was not going to happen but could they just give it a quick lube and I would be on my way. They were NOT happy. They checked the bike and told me I need a new chain and new brake pads. Told them thanks but I could do that simple repair myself - could they just lube the bike. Got it home - clearly no lube. I now have a flat (leaking) front tire and as you can see from the picture, I really did not need new brake pads. They still have half their life in them! I will never go there again and would not buy a bike from them. Follow up - nice try by insinuating that I was rude - which I was not. Still did not explain why the pads are barely worn but you wanted to change them out. Sad response."
