"I was in The area for the holidays and searched a local store to for one piece tcg. On the Bandai app this place was recommended. So I registered and received a notification that I was elected to play in the tournament. When I arrived was told by an older gentlemen that it would be no locals due to some guy not being there. But it was advertised on the Bandai app why then? I wasted 60 dollars traveling by Uber to be here when I didn’t have to. I’m not a local, so whatever special conditions they have for tournaments should be advertised or taken off the app completely."

"I bought two packs of a open booster box. They were resealed and clearly tampered with which is illegal under the rules of the United States consumer protection agency. First the packs adhesive was broken and coming apart which doesn’t happen unless open or inspected which makes no sense. Also the packs had literal slits in the top and bottom of the packs that to the point you could see inside the pack. Also when I opened the packs the code cards were already used and the physical card was fully lightened and had whitening so bad it look like the entire card was damaged whereas other cards are in perfect condition. Also the packs felt very loose which doesn’t happen unless they are resealed. Overall, this stores deceitful tactics are hideous. Pokémon is about having the chance to get a rare card, not yo get the leftovers of someone else’s meal. Also at this store there’s no deal everything is overpriced and if any thing would not recommend this Place. This place lost a costumer who moved In the area recently. And they shouldn’t gain any more. I wish I could give 0 star!"
