"This place is no longer the Hammer & Nails establishment I was expecting. I initially called twice to confirm. However, no one answered, but there was an option to leave a message. It was the closer location of the three in the area, so I drove over 30 minutes from Glean Burnie to Owings Mills on a freezing cold day to purchase a gift card as a Christmas gift for a special only to get there and find out the establishment closed a few years prior. It's a barbershop now."

"This was my first visit and I received the signature cut and camo. The combination resulted in the best haircut ever. My man Will killed it. I already have a follow up appointment booked. Five stars does not even cover this review. Furthermore, it's worth every penny. If you have never been, Will is the man. Book an appointment, you will thank me."

"Decided to give this place a shot when it first opened and got lucky with a great barber who cut my hair several times. She did a great job and I was very satisfied with the service so I was willing to pay the higher price than most places for a haircut. Unfortunately, something happened and she no longer works there. Because I really liked this place, I decided to try another barber who was new. After striking up a conversation with him, he informed me he was still in training and not licensed after he started cutting my hair. To his credit, he did an ok job. Decided to give them another opportunity yesterday because they are close to my job and I can walk there. Got a TERRIBLE shape up from yet another new barber, and now will have to pay someone to fix it. It seems they can't keep employees. Also, the front desk always seems confused about what they're doing. I think I've given them enough chances, which is too bad because I really like the location and convenience. Hopefully, they will get their act together. It's a great concept, but this location's execution needs a lot of work."

"I took my boyfriend here for a pedicure and he had a great experience. All of the staff are very professional and courteous. It's definitely a great man cave to relax in and receive some grooming. When his service was finished, he felt like he was walking on air. The nail stations are separated from the barber chairs by a huge sliding door which enables the guys to relax in peace with headphones and TV programs of their choice. He will definitely be returning again!!"
