"On November 25th we had to put out fur baby to sleep. I wanted to give her an ice cream and went to McDonald's but if cause the machine was broke. So I went to Wendy's. I went in because the drive thru was busy. I tried asking for an ice cream cone but just lost it crying. The young woman behind the counter was patient and very kind. I finally got the words out, and she was very quick to make sure to give me my order and gave her condolences. For some people, they may think this wasn't a big deal, but to me this young woman made it easier on me and her kindness helped my heart in a very difficult time."

"SOGGY SANDWICHES, FRIES THAT WERE DEFINITELY OLD, LAYING IN THE WARMER TOO LONG! COME ON THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW RESTAURANT, DO BETTER!! BUT NO WORRIES I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE, AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY! SLOPPYYY!!"

"Three teen boys at the window. I was handed 3 bags and asked, "is this everything?" "Yes." I pulled into a parking spot and we started to eat and my child told there were no baconator fries in any of the bags. I walked in to get my fries. The shredded cheese wasn't even melted. I get back to the car and the kids said there was no BBQ sauce nor my ranch. So I walked back in again for the sauces. Didn't realize it until I got back to the car again, but I was handed 2 ranch, 1 BBQ and 1 sweet and sour, which had a puncture through the top of it. Update 2023: ordered less food and it was accurate this time."

"This place is absolutely poorly run and a danger to their customer's health. I've had bad experiences waiting in line and receiving cold food, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Attached is an image of a RAW chicken sandwich. It astounds me that this could even happen as this Wendy's was just built. A disgusting place."
