"The color absolutely amazing. The young lady however needed her director to help and she did an awful job on the cut. I will definitely go back I'll just be asking for the director next time. My hair is uneven she started in the back and removed 5 inches of hair. I asked for the scissors for my bangs and she never touched the top layers at all. If I went in and asked for an uneven blunt bob I am sure I would have asked. We spoke the whole 2 hours and I emphasized how I love putting my hair up. Well can't do that anymore I can't even put my sides up."
