M & M Hair Design & Tanning Salon

"I had been a long-time customer here. Emphasis on HAD! (Skip down to paragraph 2 for the complaint.) M & M is close to work and convenient for a cut on my break. That brings me to the Evening of 11/29/23... Google hours have not been updated, and it is posted that M & M closes at 9PM Wednesdays. That is actually irrelevant, but the Wednesday closing time posted on their door is now 7PM Wednesday's. I arrived in the parking lot at exactly 6:35PM on Wednesday 11/29/23. As I was sitting in my car... Someone came over to the door, looked out, saw my headlights, AND SHUT THE OUTSIDE LIGHT & OPEN SIGN OUT ON ME. I am not going to get into why and how this was not professional. The act speaks for itself. I simply traveled two miles down the street and had a genuinely nice cut with friendly, professional service. That is where I will KEEP going."

She was so patient with me as I only had half an idea. She kept going until she had what I wanted and it didn't talk long before I was thrilled. I recommend M & M and Shannon.
