"Rented a 6 day package for our vacation. Came in a week prior to get fitted and reserve our packages. Get to Vermont to find out that the tech gave me the wrong boots. So much for this vacation. What a waste. My advice to these guys.. Train your employees before they directly serve customers. Serve only one customer at a time. We’ll see how they handle this face to face when I get back."

"Service team was awesome! I had a very random issue with one of my screws being stripped on my snowboard bindings. They took it out for me, searched for a new screw, and called another local shop to see if they had the screw. They even buffed my board and when I tried to pay for the service but they refused. This is the least I can do. They are a quality shop with good people"

"Great local ski shop and a rare find today. We've been coming here for years for gear and tune ups. We rented skis here for our kids a few years ago with no problems. It is amazing how much ski clothing and accessories they pack into such a small shop, every inch is used. Great selection for adults and kids. I only wish they carried more higher performance bindings, boots and poles. Otherwise they have a good selection of ski gear. In the summer they carry a great selection of swim suits for kids and adults too. Cool shop."

"Absolutely wonderful experience! I went here for the first time today within an hour of them closing to get bathing suits. I did not feel rushed due to it be so close to closing time. They were EXTREMELY helpful!! I had no idea what style I was looking for or what size I needed. The lady who helped me picked multiple items out for me and as I was trying on some things she was still looking for more things for me to try on to make sure I was 100% happy with the styles and fits! Also I didn’t realize that just because a suit is on a hanger together does not necessarily mean you have to buy the set! Huge plus! I will definitely be returning for all my summer and winter needs :)"
