"Thee best location I’ve been to! The store was huge (2 levels) and extremely neat. They had exactly what I was looking for which wouldn’t be possible without the help of the kind employees. He walked with me to compared 2 elbow braces while I FaceTimed my partner to make the final selection. The store associate was so patient and kind. I appreciated it so much. After making the final selection, I was able to checkout with a very kind cashier. Luckily no one was behind me in line because he and I sparked up a good conversation about prescription eyewear lol. It had nothing to do with my purchase but I genuinely enjoyed our conversation on this random weekday morning. Great job guys. You made the 40mim drive to this store worth it."

"I love this Dick’s because the police there are always friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about the store. Almost every time I go, there is a police officer right in front, near to where one would expect a greeter to be. It is not always the same police officer, however I’ve found all of the police that occupy that position are more than passingly knowledgeable about where one can find various items in the store and all of them are excited to help you find them. I thought it odd at first, but now I find myself looking forward to seeing these officers and am disappointed when there isn’t one occupying their post."
