"I highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. They did outstanding work on our bathroom renovation, which involved a total demolition and turning a tub into a shower. From their expertise in creating a beautiful design to their superb craftsmanship, they were exemplary. We live in a building built in 1929, and the bathroom had undergone two prior sub-par renovations, making it a difficult renovation with layers of old tile that needed to be removed. In their hands, everything went smoothly without delays. We made some changes mid-way through, and Bull Run went above and beyond to be accommodating. The project included some complicated electrical work, since we needed a separate electrical line for a towel warmer, and this was expertly done—as was everything else. Bull Run took care of every detail, including getting the permits and arranging the final inspection. We were also impressed by how neat they were, especially when it came to confining the demolition debris and making sure no dust was left behind when they left each day. My husband and I are thrilled with our stunning new bathroom, and we’re very grateful to Bull Run—especially Charlie and John—for their beautiful work."

"All the staff at Bull Run, in particular Charlie, Oscar, and John were wonderful. I would not have thought I could make up my mind with the kitchen design this year, but Charlie is a talented designer and he is kind and very patient. He came up with a proposal and 3D images that were better than we expected. I never felt pressured to sign a contract despite all the efforts spent at the design stage, and was encouraged to take my time when i felt undecisive. After several iterations and months working together on the design, I felt fully confident that I would be happy about what the kitchen would look like. Oscar was our project manager and he was equally kind and patient! We also like that he communicated everything to us throughout the whole process. Overall, we had a great experience and the final product exceeded our expectations. We got our dream kitchen and it definitely changes the home, in a good way! We will miss everyone and look forward to contracting them for any future renovations."
