They explained some features of the grill and took care in bringing it off the truck and into the garage. They even brought a bonus bag of accessories as a gift from the store. The courtesy exemplified by these two individuals is enough to make me become a loyal customer!"

The hardware folks always seem up for a challenge and indulge my kluge problem solving. The lady in the outdoor plant section is brilliant. The cashiers are knowledgeable and helpful with the ACE app. The supply yard is well stocked and easy to load. It's well worth a couple of extra bucks and miles to go to the Kensington Strosniders."

"Staff to customer ratio that makes Home Depot look like Target. Huge selection, highly varied. Kind of expect most of that, but also cleaner better restrooms than even most nearby restaurants and a water bottle refill station. Handy stop off the Rock Creek Trail. Now all they need is a little stash of bike tools and a bike rack!"

"I visited the store twice since the conversion from Hardware City to Strosniders Ace Hardware. The renovation is breathtaking! And what used to be a very cluttered space, that always appeared filthy, they have opened up the floor , the place up, installed industrial-grade vinyl flooring to make it more inviting to the customer, streamlined the entry and exit experience by making a single line for many different registers, which really lends itself to a fantastic in and out experience when you're trying to pick something up. One of the most important Renovations here, is the handicap accessibility throughout the store and to the same floor bathrooms, which, if you remember Hardware City this was not something that was ever happening and the bathrooms were scary place. The design and layout is immaculate, write down two sliding areas within shelving units to provide more choices in such a limited amount of floor space. A plus! And job well done!"
