"This Wendy has terrible dining room hours they Open the door so late but you can go thru drive thru before 8am which is crazy if I wanted to come an sit to eat a meal I have to wait till after a certain time to til they Open the. Doors . Not everyone wanted to sit in there car to eat breakfast. Staff is kinda robotic no personality no smiles or anything. Act like machine like here u order they pass to you .nor do they ask if u dining in or taking out.give in bag ,giving u no choice and wasting paper on bags when I wanted to dine in. Parking lot is situated terrible no option but to turn left to leave the place back to main highway. This place need some corrections."
"We did drive thru. The staff was super friendly and our food came out very quickly. Hot, tasty, and the order was correct. We've been to several other Wendy's lately and this one was a class above the rest. It's obvious that the staff is well trained."
"Walked in to use the restroom and grab some lunch while on a little road trip. The men's room was messy with what I told myself was water on the floor, the paper towel dispenser was hanging open and empty. I ordered (after a few attempts to make myself understood) a double hamburger, no cheese, with only mustard, onion, and pickle. I was told they would have to give me packets of mustard to put on my burger because "they don't make them like that anymore". Mustard is an OG condiment on burgers everywhere, I thought, but whatever! Fries and a medium drink completed the combo, and they specifically me what soft drink I wanted. I requested iced tea, they handed me a cup and sent me over to the digital drink dispenser which had pretty much every imaginable soft drink, except ice tea. I settled for vanilla Coke. After much waiting, and mixing my order up with an Uber order, I finally got my food. I stopped at the condiment station to put the mustard on my sandwich, but there were no packets in the bag. Back to the counter, ask for mustard, and back over to the other counter to dress my burger before getting in the car. When opened the bun I saw they had also forgotten the onions. At this point I was worried I might get more than onions on my burger if I went back to the counter, so I took my pickle burger and hit the road. Very disappointed, would not stop back on a dare."
"Do not go here if you have somewhere to be. The average wait time for a chicken sandwich every time I go is 15 minutes. That is just a sandwich. No drink, no fries, nothing else. Just the chicken sandwich itself. I dont ask for anything special about it, just give me a number 4 on the menu. Since they made me late for work so many times, waiting for a chicken sandwich, I had to stop going. I was worried about being terminated for tardiness."
"Ordered the $5.00 meal that was far tastier than meals I ordered at other fast food establishments I visited during my cross country trip. I was even given a senior discount without asking for it."
