"Had to wait 15 mins past the time the online order said, plus I got food poisoning from eating here. I don't eat much fast food but was very disappointed with the service and getting sick from eating here was ridiculous! I will never eat here again and warn anyone who will from doing so. Thanks."

"I travel from New York Cit to Lancaster PA often. On the way home I stop by this Arbys in Kutztown Pa. Most often I drive up to the window and get my order and drive away. It is always good Arbys food. Love their roast beef sandwich with the horseradish. This time we decided to get out of the car and go in. The store manager was there to help up. I am handicapped and the store is fully handicap accessible. They were really friendly and helped us with all the specials and discounts. It is such a nice place. The kitchen has been completely renovated and the operations very streamlined. The bathrooms were very clean (You get the 5th star for that). The tables and dining area were really clean and pleasant. The really cool thing about this Arbys is that it is set on a hill overlooking a beautiful scenic pasture. It was an amazing treat to get out of the car and dine in such a place. We had a wonderful time and the food was good as always. We really appreciated our visit to your beautiful place."
