"This is the worst ross store I've ever been to in my life. I don't know what happened in the last 2 years but store #0142 is a joke The people working there now it's like they're all incompetent. The store is filthy. They don't even have fitting rooms to try on the items. Once I get to the register and the associate gets an attitude because I asked hi how are you today and I get the worst tone in her response. Then after she's done ringing up my items she hands me back my money and not my receipt. Then as I was walking away she tells me my receipt is on the machine and for me to basically pick it up. How incompetent do you have to be to give basic customer service in 2023. None of the wear name tags so they can be nasty towards customers...The storage is trashy and dirty. It looks like nobody takes care of the store. I'm never coming back to this Ross again. They've lost me as a customer. Items returned ill spend my money at a better establishment."

"I haven’t been back till today and 5 minutes in I absolutely regretted it. I went back to try on 6-7 dresses. And this worker rudely educated me on the rules of trying clothes on at Ross. You have to hang them on the rack for the lady to count then, give you the number card. When at any other store you tell them how many you have and they give you the number card with a smile on their face. I immediately went to your competitor tjmax. And had a much better experience from the dressing room lady. Don’t recommend trying on clothes at Ross. Their rude!"

"So I came to make a return and the young lady that did my return was very nice. I shopped the store and found some other items I wanted. I went to check out and saw in that loop where people get in line. There was one woman still shopping and browsing the things there so I walked up to the counter where the cashier was standing there. And she told me that the other lady was first. I let her know that other woman was still grabbing stuff off shelves and looking at things. And the other woman heard this and decided to come up to the counter and they both just stood there giving me dirty looks for no reason. The other cashier who had done my return finished up with her sale and welcomed me to her register. She politely checked me out and was friendly. The other woman has absolutely no business working in a customer service position. She was very rude and gave me dirty. Looks the whole time."
