"My husband and I went in Friday evening to look at couches. We got to walk around the building and take our time with looking at the inventory. It was very nice to just wonder around and not feel rushed. We fell in love with a couch and loveseat duo and took home the measurements to ensure it would fit in our home. We called on Sunday and ordered the set, Chucks was able to deliver the NEXT DAY! We were shocked and had our new living room set by mid Monday morning. Definitely recommend Shawn, she is very personable and made the experience for us! We ABSOLUTELY recommend Chucks to anyone looking for furniture! Thank you!!"

"Our experience was mixed. The whole process to selection, working through fabrics, and extra help from the sales rep was exceptional. We were told as they called the rep of the company that had large amounts of fabric that our couch would be in 3-4 weeks and would begin production the next day. We told her it was our only request as we were hosting Christmas this year and were without a couch. It took 8 weeks 2 days from time of order being placed to receive our item and got it one day before the event. When I was frustrated and crying, I was told their sales reps would never give a time frame. We explained we only placed the special order due to the fact at being told this or we would have bought the in stock item. It would be one thing to be kind and show empathy; to state education would be given to the sales rep. Instead I was spoken too like I was in the wrong and lying. There is so much more to this but it’s just not worth it. It was a horribly upsetting experience. I do hope improvements were made in that aspect. The delivery service was kind and set up the couch. They did wonderfully. The couch is wonderful we got, but being 7-8 months pregnant with that stress was a lot."
