"My husband (a black man) went here today and was very upset. He went to find some hats. It was him and 2 white men inside the store. He was questioned about “needing help” and told the older white man who works there what he was looking for. He was directed in an unpleasant way to where they were (over on the counter) and when trying to confirm the exact spot , the man’s response was “that’s the only counter in here”. My husband kept it very pleasant and left the store after telling the man he didn’t have to be rude. So I 100% believe the other bad reviews here. One thing’s for sure and two thing’s for certain…they Won’t have to worry about us coming to spend our $$$ EVER AGAIN! If I could give a 0 star rating I would."

"Place had everything I needed and more prices was a little high but reasonable but I wouldn’t spend a penny of my hard earned money in this raciest establishment had a older white gentleman follow me around the whole time yell at me! And dropped the n bomb! No customer service whatsoever I even overheard him tell a African American women “ I gave you a exchange be grateful I’m not giving u a bag to put it in!” Just go to amazon! Don’t waste your time here u might catch a criminal case for assault!…..he comments below I’m a liar the only thing he disputes is the n bomb! Woow nothing about anything else I said! Hey you be the judge! Take a vist this man should have been fired a decade ago but he obviously the owners grandpa which speaks even more volumes and to think there are establishments still out here today in 2023 who condone this behavior is absurd!"

"The place was nice and had a good selection and some odd ball surplus stuff which I love. I see a lot of comments about the owner being racist, don't feel special, he's that way to everyone, he's just upfront. was nice to me though"

"I called to see if an item was in stock. After asking the price the old ignorant guy hung up on me yelling, very poor customer service. I’ll go spend my money else where. I even supported the store at there old location, maybe it’s time to higher some younger friendly folks."

"Traveled from PA for JROTC uniform for my son. I have to say, the customer service provided was A++! The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful! Was totally comfortable and impressed with my visit. Will totally shop there again!"
