I knocked on the window and the lady arranging shoes looked up at me and then right back down as of to say “yeah right! Lol”. I then called the store at 5 min til 9pm and was told by the man who answered, “The registers were locked mins ago. My district manager told me to do so and you evidently are not listening to me. If you have a problem with us closing earlier, you need to call him.” Well, I will post this everyday until he calls or emails me back. At my business, we stay past posted hours regularly to take care of customers. Had the door Not been locked early, I would have been in and out with time to spare. I have gone from being a happy customer for years to feeling completely treated like trash. Horrible customer service is an understatement."
