"I don't know what went wrong with this store but the service is beyond ridiculous. Only one cashier and as you can imagine she's "blazing fast", what a waste of time!"
"This has to be one of the worst stores ever. This is the third or fourth time I've been at this store and just left without buying anything because the lines have been long and only one or two cashiers working the line. (maybe I should learn my lesson and not come back). As I'm writing this 3 people have left the line without buying anything, because it's not worth the wait. There's 5 employees standing behind the counter, but only 2 registers are actually open. I came Christmas Eve and there were four cashiers (2 registers open) and they were all new, they didn't even know how to check out a gift card. Everything in the store was scattered on the floor."
"Over 20 people in line and only 2 cashiers open on one of the busiest shopping weekends. A couple other associates behind the counter just sorting clothing should be opening up the register and getting the line down and then go back to their simple work. Line hasn’t moved an inch in over 10 minutes bc the cashiers are dealing with customers having issues with their purchase and or return. You’d make a lot more money if people were actually able to check out instead of getting frustrated and throwing things down and leaving instead."
"My family and I showed up closed to 8pm on 10/7. There was a clerk at the exit door managing the exit door for shoppers to leave. The store is listed to close at 9pm. We were not allowed in the store. We were informed "The Manager decided to close early and no one is allowed in". The store is listed to close at 9pm. It was a HOLIDAY weekend. We shopped next door at Marshall's. When returning to our vehicle with purchases from Marshall's, the same clerk was at the door. This was approximately 8:33 pm.There were still customers inside that she was managing the exit door for them to leave. It did not make any sense to not let us in at 8pm. Did I mention that it was a holiday weekend."
