New Oxford Antique Center
About the Business
Located at 333 Lincoln Way West in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, the New Oxford Antique Center is a charming home goods store housed in a historic building that was once the local Ford Garage in the 1920s. Owned and operated by the Diehl family, who resided in the adjacent house built in the 1700s, this institution has a rich history tied to the automotive industry.
On June 7th, 1929, Henry Ford himself drove across the Lincoln Highway in south central Pennsylvania, making stops at various locations in York and Adams Counties. While the folks at the New Oxford Ford Garage were hopeful for a visit from the automotive pioneer, road construction led Henry on a detour through Hanover and Gettysburg, bypassing New Oxford entirely.
Today, the New Oxford Antique Center invites visitors to step inside and explore a treasure trove of antiques and oddities. With a diverse selection of items including furniture, pottery, cast iron, vintage toys, art, jewelry, rugs, and more, there is something for everyone to discover. The store may appear small from the outside, but inside, it opens up into a world of unique and rare finds.
Don't miss the chance to meet Walter, the store mascot, and his friend Lawrence as you peruse the ever-changing inventory. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just enjoy browsing for one-of-a-kind pieces, the New Oxford Antique Center offers a delightful shopping experience that celebrates history and craftsmanship.

Reviews
"So much variety, decent prices. I enjoyed shopping there very much!"
"This place is awesome! They have unique and amazing things!"
"Been here many times great antique store no junk"
"July 2022 Not the biggest collection of antiques but some interesting items, and prices were reasonable for many things. I picked up a couple early 20th century books for $5 each, and they were in great shape. I love collecting old books from 19th and 20th century and these were good finds. There are a few floors to explore, but many things were really expensive."
"A deceptively small store front that we have passed 100 times, but a HUGE building. My husband and I had a lovely time, we felt items were reasonable, and we actually left with some items. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will return!"
