"Awesome people helps people all the time and Ollie is like one of the people that really have respect for his customers and correct bikes. Egg truck bikes is just an awesome place even if you were to live out of Westminster or like I would say Hagerstown. I would honestly go to Trek bikes in Westminster, Maryland because that's how understanding they are. They really care for their customers. They do everything in their power to help them to fix their bikes and they've helped me with my electrical bike that they never even I didn't even pay by that there. But they still help me no matter what and that's awesome"
"Very welcoming environment. Greeted by a staff member asking how they can help and then insisting me in finding the equipment that I needed and was best for the bike that I have. This is important to me as I am a fish out of water when it comes to bicycles."
"Great shopping experience. Salesman was very helpful and not pushy."
"Westminster Trek Store, you rock! Today I rode my Roscoe 7 on 4.9 miles of trails and 1.3 miles of pavement. I didn’t have time to ride more. The trails today were blue and green and I am confident this bike will handle black. There’s not one thing I dislike about this bike! Well built, very capable and upgradeable in the future (if that’s your thing). I don’t see anything that needs upgraded yet, except the usual grips, pedals and seat to your taste. I actually kept the seat. If you’re like me and you’re looking at the Roscoe 7 then you’re probably looking at Canyon, Comencal, Specialized, Kona, Giant, GT and other aluminum frame hard tails. I can’t see how the other bikes can be any better in this price range? I have had the opportunity to visit the Trek stores in Madison, WI, rode around the front and back of the Trek plant in Waterloo, WI and was able to get a peek at a piece of the MTB trails on the property. I would say 85 percent of the cars in the employee parking lots had some form of bike carrier on the back or top. They ride. The Trek stores in Madison, WI and Westminster, MD, the employees are passionate about cycling. Excellent customer service before and after the sale! If your buying a Trek you’re not only getting a great product but your supporting all the great cyclist/employees that rely everyday on this great company. Don’t listen to those who like to trash Trek on Reddit or other forums because they either don’t know or aren’t telling the true story. You can’t argue with what Trek has brought to cycling. Excellent products, great employees, nice stores, knowledgeable cyclist, 30-day no hassle return (and yes I used this once because I purchased the wrong size Marlin from a LBS). You will not go wrong buying their bikes and supporting all the great people behind the bikes, WIN/WIN, and you’ll be stoked when riding the Roscoe 7 or any of their other bikes. I’ve owned two Marlins, wife owns a Verve and me a Roscoe. Love them all."
"Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, answered my questions. Left me browse on my own when I wanted to. I received a quote on two bikes I was interested in. Even got to test ride a full suspension bike that was way out of my budget just for fun sooo cool! Few weeks later I purchased my own Trek Marlin 8 3rd Gen!"
