"I took my nephew and 2 daughters to the mall today to get new shoes. We went to finish line after being at 2 other stores without success. My nephew finally found a pair he liked so I asked the young dark skinned girl with her hair up that was working if they had his size. Not once did she say a word to me. She got the shoes and we tried them on. They were too big so I went over and asked her for a different size. She rolled her eyes and again, didn’t say a word. She acted like we were such an inconvenience when asking her to do her job. I then asked her for different sizes in a few other shoes for my daughters to try on and each time she had the worst attitude and didn’t say a single word to me. If my nephew didn’t like the shoes so much I wouldn’t have bought anything from her. She was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If she doesn’t like her job or dealing with people then she shouldn’t be working in customer service."

Person would not budge on the full price after she said they cannot give a discount if nothing is wrong with the shoe. The shoe had clear issues and wear and tear. Surprised they are still in the mall with actions like that l."
