Burger King

"Ordered 2 impossible whoppers. They gave me regular whoppers. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I'd stick to the burger king near glades pike. Also mobil ordered food 20 minutes before and still had to wait extra time there was only one other customer. So if you're gonna get the veggie burger double check before you take a bite out of it."

"To preface my review The last time I frequented this restaurant was 2 months ago. Also they are now closed for breakfast on Sundays at least if not more I’m not sure. Brand new restaurant, horrible old food. How is this even a thing? I would think before opening a new eatery, the staff would be trained on how to prepare food. This picture is my breakfast burrito jr that has just been wadded up into the package. This is par for the course with this place. I have given them multiple chances thinking it might be a fluke, But every time my order is wrong both in what I order and or the preparation. something else is I’ve never actually gotten my food at the window during drive threw. They always make me pull forward and wait 5 mins before walking my food out to me. Not to big of a deal but annoying when it’s every time and mixed with constant wrong orders and low quality food preparation I would classify this business as one big fail."

"Before, I would have left a rating of 1 for this place. The food was terrible, the service , was even worse. I was apart of the phone call, telling yall to "just do better". You all must have taken that to heart! I heard you hired some new staff and got in a new assistant manager. Now the place has done a complete 360 turn-a-round. Food is hot and fresh. You receive what you order, and staff actually puts effort into their work. Kudos!!! We love burger King and will be back."

"Manager lady (no name tag) with brown hair past shoulders throwing a fit because they're busy and screamed "I hate these people". Orders staff around not nicely. If she would finish what she starts instead of walking always from it her shift would go faster. Man clocked out to take his break and she said he couldn't go and he had to stay and help. Great food, horrible management. Treat employees better and you won't be so short staffed."

"I am genuinely a super patient person when it comes to restaurants and service workers but this BK is absolutely ridiculous. They're ALWAYS understaffed and seem to be barely trained and are expected to run front, back and window?? My family makes orders on the app and every single time it's a -minimum- of a half an hour wait for a couple of burgers. The inside cleanliness is usually fine since it's usually pretty dead in the lobby and the food is usually pretty good when you do get it but it will take MUCH longer than you expect- every single time. Whoever manages this BK needs to figure something out because it's not fair to your customers or your employees to be running the business this way."
