"Ordering ahead for breakfast is a joke. I've done this three times now with months in between each time thinking they had an off day, but nope- still the same issue. Each time they were out of what I ordered, but didn't know till I got to the restaurant. I will not be returning. After 3 times, this is obviously how they are. They have made me late to work each time due to this very reason. I won't lose my job due to Dunkin Donut employees negligence."

"So this is the second time this has happened. I ordered ahead for pick up as a walk-in. Both times the lobby wasn’t open when I got there at 6am. The sign on the door says open at 5am. So I had to go into the long line in the drive-thru and wait for my coffee. Now I’m not above waiting but there is a reason that there is a mobile order ahead so I don’t have to wait. If the lobby isn’t going to be open at 6 then y’all NEED to put that and not have the option of selecting pick up in the lobby. Thank you."

"I have never encountered such unhappy people. I went in to pick my donuts, and I stood at the cash register for several minutes while several different people walked by behind the counter. Finally I asked a woman, who appeared to be the manager, if I was in the right place to order. She said I was, but then she continued to ignore me, even after I asked if anyone was there to take my order. A few more minutes went by, and a few more staff members walked by, and then finally a woman came to take my order. I assume the donuts are going to be pretty standard, but boy do I have a bad taste in my mouth. Too bad I have to give one star and not no stars."

"Cashier was wonderful. Donuts were so dry and uneatable. Bought doughnuts and munchkins, munchkins were as bad. For the money you charge, you would expect better food. I'll make my own from now on."
