"This store is amazing. Not only do they facilitate community runs, but also they provide superb customer service. The employees use your account to help you pick shoes that align to your needs and wants. I also like this store because they have a treadmill on the premises to help the employees analyze whether or not the shoes you try on fit properly. I love this place! I'm motivated to run my shoes into the ground just to warrant a return trip! Keep up the great work Charm City Run Baltimore!"

"I had a really poor experience a couple years ago at the Columbia location. I'm happy to say that the downtown crew (2 weeks ago) was awesome. I wish I got the young ladies name. She brought out several pairs of shoes and walked me through my concerns. Very happy with the Saucony tennis I purchased."

"This is my second time going to charm city run and both times were fantastic.the staff are knowledgeable about shoes and feet, and cater to your personal needs. I told them I run 10 miles a week and need a shoe with a wide toe box. I also mentioned that they double as my work shoes, I work in a hospital/laboratory setting standing on hard cement floors all day. The worker asked several follow up questions, assessed the tread and wear on my previous shoes and helped recommend some options based on this information. We landed on the Hoka Bondi shoes since they have maximum cushion for standing on hard floors, to help protect my feet and legs . I have been wearing them for a week at work and can attest that this was a great choice. I can stand in these shoes for hours and feel 100% supported. Also love the color. If you're like me, good color schemes are essential for my running shoes. Thanks so much"

"I’m new to running and stopped in for running shoes. It was a little intimidating. Catherine was lovely and spent time evaluating my needs and letting me try on and compare several brands. I learned a lot in the process. She was knowledgeable, kind and low pressure. The pair that would have been the sweet spot for all attributes wasn’t available in my size in the store, which meant I was leaving without a purchase. I’m not local and shipping wasn’t the right option. She was incredibly gracious. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and plan to return in the future for other purchases."
