"Our family enjoyed every minute of it. It was vey busy and hectic and the staff were very nice, calm and helpful. The wait was not long since they have a lot of boats. We enjoyed the boat, water and most of all the scenery."

"Reading the reviews made me realize that this is a seasonal business that can get very busy at times. When that happens, you are always going to have mistakes etc. with all that said, it was clear that the staff really tried hard to make us happy. There was some confusion regarding our turn, and they really made sure to straighten it out. We went banana boating with Roger as our driver and had a blast! He made sure to keep out teenagers entertained and that we were all happy. Definitely going back next time we are in the area!"

"Took a spontaneous detour and ended up at Paynes to check in about renting a boat. They were super accommodating, laid back, extremely helpful and the place was packed. They went above and beyond to help me and allowed my 110lb water dog to join me no questions asked. The boats are not in the best shape but these are rentals people! We are lucky to even have the opportunity to just take then out on the lake to enjoy the scenery. Jp was the man and I will be back to hang on the lake real soon."

"I'm not sure why anyone would write anything bad. I took my kids Sunday morning at 10am August 20. I went on a speed boat with the best captain ever. His name was Robert. He drove so fast my boys loved it. I paid for an hour. After a half an hour they let me switch to a pontoon. They were so relaxed about everything. They were very friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there. Even though you don't drive your own speed boat, my kids had a blast. I can't wait to go back next summer."
