"Had to take the mattress factory to court to get satisfaction due to the fact that both mattresses failed after a year of use and many calls to the store and I won.received the check this week that the Court of Pa. Awarded me...A $3000.00 bed not with it...I had a bed from Kaufmans 15 years ago and it is still firm..Thanks for the check mattress factory..A real pain in the back...As I said the mattress factory list no matter what they say... the Court listened to their defense and lost. Dont be afraid to take anyone to court. They had their chance on several occasions to make it right..but failed...so to court we went..."

"I just received the good news in the mail this morning...The Court of Pennsylvania awarded me damages in my case against the Original Mattress Factory. I dont think that they thought that Iwould take them to court,,,but i did and I won. Can you believe they had the nerve to even show up in court to defend themselves about how a person should get into bed..yes, how you should get into bed. I was recovering from kidney cancer operation and had to put my knee into the bed and turn over to lay down. They said this is not the way a person should get into bed and puts too much stress on the springs. The other part of their defense was that I had the sheets on the bed too tight...what??? the sheets were too tight?, this was the reason that they were not refunding me my money. Remind you this is the bed system, the one that has the motor that goes up and down, to make it clear to you also,both mattress went bad. Even when you turned in bed you hear squeeking sounds and disturbing popping sounds, I need my sleep and can't have this type of bed. I was looking at the judge during their defense argument about the tight sheets and how to get into bed, and saw a little giggle in his smile....REALLY GETTING INTO BED THE WRONG WAY,,TIGHT SHEETS...?????? Please dont invest your hard earned money into this company, Im on social security and saved for this mattress for a year., $ 3,000.00 . And, I have a bed from Kaufmans that is fifteen years old and the mattress is fantastic, no sounds and as firm as the day I bought it. This mattress out did THE ORIGINALMATTRESS FACTORY. Since Kaufmans is not around anymore, which is sad to say, it was a great store. I'm going to Levins where i should have gone in the first place. THANK YOU TO THE COURT SYSTEM OF PENNSYLVANIA. Remember people just dont COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR BED ...TAKE THEM TO COURT..."
