"I was humiliated and received the worst customer service possible. I bought some cookies and when I got out to my car, I ate one and it was stale. I went back in to see if I could get another pack and he could just trash the bad ones. He was very rude and said he could not because they were opened. I told him, I would not have known they had gone bad until I tried one. I feel it is so unfair that a customer is forced to settle for stale food that is beyond his or her fault. Why should I suffer the consequences of their store selling stale food? How much of a financial hit would it have been just to give a very loyal customer another pack? I believe great customer service is worth a lot more than a $1.50 or so. As a very loyal customer of that 7 Eleven location, I will never patronize them again. It’s not the money I am concerned about but the poor level of customer service, disrespect, and not even caring."
