CVS Dunkirk, MD 20754

"It's a nice place my only issue is they always have to order my kids medicine and it's taken over a week well it's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have for pharmacy I feel like they could do better"

"Been here several times to utilize the pharmacy. Especially this year. Every pharmacist I have dealt with, has been wonderful. Good mannerism, quick and efficient, respectful, and answers any questions. The line is often long but it moves pretty fast."

"The store signs all indicate that the store closes at 10:00pm. My husband went 9:30pm to ger medicibe for our sick baby. The associate locked the door and stated they were closed. My prescriptions are always just sitting and never filled until prompted repeatedly. Unprofessional!"

"This is the 2nd time this CVS (Dunkirk) has failed to fill a prescription in a timely manner. I have used CVS pharmacy in the past with no problems. Recently moved and switched to the Dunkirk CVS. It takes more than a week to fill an in stock prescription. I had to call both times to inquiry about the status. I asked if their was a problem with the prescription maybe I could pick it up from another pharmacy. Per Amanda, " We're just a really busy store, you can come pick up tour prescription in an hour". Needless to say I will be switching back to my old CVS who knew how to fill a prescription in a timely manner."

"I have never been spoken too so badly by a “professional” I asked this woman if she was able to transfer a prescription over from Safeway as CVS price was half the cost. This person said to me that she had 6 other more important things to do and that I had just laid something else on her and she was leaving in fifteen minutes. At that point I was so frustrated that I told her. Excuse ME but never mind and go on about your business! Then I posted about this god awful treatment on our community group and the admin suspended me for 30 days and told me to take it up with the store which I did and needless to say I never got my new medication"
