Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"I'm very dissatisfied. It says on the door walk ins welcome. Well apparently they don't need my money. Wanted me to come back at 4:30. I have things to do I was already there. They wouldn't take me but, they took 2 other walk in's. Sorry they lost my business."

"First it tells you to make appt. Online but that is not set up yet. So I asked the girl at the counter if she could just do baby bangs with a few layers. An I had a gut feeling by the way she acted she didn't know what I was talking about. So I waited the hour and went back for my appt. To be with another older lady who definitely didn't know what I was talking about. This was my day off in 9 days and I was just trying to get a relaxing wash and cut. But from the way both stylist were talking their lack of knowledge just made me not want to have her cut my hair. So I ended up getting just an undercut cause that seemed to be the one thing she could do. Honestly this place is not good at all. It's cookie cutter and definitely not a relaxing place like a regular salon."

"Can I give NO STARS?? my mom is a hair dresser and I've never ever seen her treat any client the way I was treated today. Listen I know appts are important and should be made, but this is a place that advertises no appt needed walk ins welcomed. Well that was a lie! I wasn't greeted from the beginning. I said hello good morning. Nothing. I stated I was looking to get a hair cut. 4 girls all standing there could have been 3 but every single one of them said, "I don't know what to do." Well not a great impression from the start that made my anxiety escalate! Then a girl finally stated they had appts and nothing available until 11 then said no 1030. She said it so unfriendly that I was like no problem I'll come back. NOT! I moved here 7 years ago from CA to PA not even the Richy salons treat their clients the way I was treated today. So no problem I will not be returning with my business. Looks like they have great reviews too, but I won't be back. I know they don't care but I do. I've worked in retail, butcher shops, bakeries, and my parents are both business owners, and truly never ever been treated as poorly as I was today. From the start no one was friendly or seemed to want to be there, so why would I?"
