"I had my hair cut at a fancy salon and left crying. The hair was chopped on one side in what I think was an attempt at layering and the hair on the back of my head was cut unevenly. I went to a walk in hair cut place and they kind of fixed it. I decided to go to the JCPenney salon at Westmoreland Mall and look at hair products to make my hair more presentable. Wendy helped me pick out a few products that were amazing in my hair. I was so impressed that I made a hair appointment with her and had my hair cut today. She fixed all the major issues and cut my hair exactly like I asked. I will definitely be a repeat customer."

"This was one of the worst run salons I've been at. They kept me waiting 15 minutes, and my sister 30 minutes, past appointment time. There was no explanation or apology. All the while we were waiting there were three employees standing at the desk, talking about their coworkers. If I didn't need my hair cut for my mother's funeral I would have left."

"I have been going to this salon for a while now, my regular stylist was sick with covid ( god bless her soul she has no part in why I’m writing this) so I assumed everyone at the salon was of her stature. I went in for a cut and asked Wendy, for an inch and a half off my hair, I left the salon with almost 7 inches taken off my hair. I called and spoke with Deana the manager and she agreed I should have extensions put in because Wendy is at fault. It took three weeks for my appointment to be able to be scheduled. I went in yesterday, had 1 pack of extensions put in my hair because that it all the manger ordered. I thought it looked great but I guess from my angle I just wasn’t seeing the whole picture. My stylist spent so long just trying to fix my botched cut and did her best with what she was given. I called today very irritated because I’m tired of dealing with this, and was told by Deana the manger, she didn’t see my hair but will order me more extensions. When I said okay, I would also like the district managers number she said “go ahead and call corporate I have went above and beyond for you, you should be thankful for what you have been given , everyone gets a bad hair cut sometimes you should just live with it, most salons would have washed there hands with you”. I still never received and apology from the incompetent Wendy that demolished my hair. Very upset I have to part ways with this salon.
