Ross Dress for Less

"False advertising. I went in today because ross but a ad out for there "end of the year sale" and there were supposed to have sales as low as 49 cents even on name brand. I went in and the store was already super busy compared to martinsburgs average and not one item was marked for sale. The cheapest clothing for men I could find was 14 dollars. When a older gentleman asked where the 49 cent items was located the lady laughed and told them nothing that low but some items had a pink tag and were "on sale""

"The one positive is that the prices are great but the amount of clutter, clothes thrown everywhere, and lack of customer service makes this place terrible. There were 3 employees up by the register just now with a line of 6 people. 1 just standing back and watching everybody, 1 going through a pile of backstock, and 1 just watching. The person on register is on their headset asking for assistance while the others just watch,why not get on the register and help? I stood there for about 5 minutes until the cashier gave up waiting for help and went to go find a price tag for the customer they were waiting on and I gave up and walked out. There are so many employees in here, at least 7 that I saw yet 1 cashier. What are the others doing? They can't possibly be cleaning or organizing because the store has been open for 3 hours yet it looks like it's the end of the day on a black Friday sale."

"Have found good deals here, but it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's not much to choose from, other times there is. Staff is usually friendly. Only down side I've experienced is the long wait getting into dressing room to try on clothes."

"Typical TJ Maxx. Store is clean and well organized. Large and well maintained fitting rooms. Good amount of brand named items, got a Calvin Klein jumper for myself and some Adidas jogger/hoodie for my teenage son. Large Rae Dunn collection, good clearance section in housewares and women's clothing. Small shoe section, very large housewares/decor. Pricing seemed a little high but perhaps it's because of the names they're offering at this location. All in all, worth the stop in."
