It's my first time purchasing a mattress, and I really got to take my time looking, ask detailed questions and get a personalized deal. Update: Still 5 stars! Got my mattress delivered and they hauled away my old one for free! (There was a delivery cost, but the haul away was included, so I consider that free.) My back has never been better, they definitely helped me pick the best one for my needs and budget. Would definitely recommend to a friend."
