Kitty's Canine Clips

"Been meaning to post this for a while and have been struggling what to say. My appointment last month finally did it. So imagine you a like a good chef that works at a restaurant where the host is rude and basically has zero personality. You go there for the food, but the experience is overshadowed by the initial impression. That’s what it’s like at Kitty’s. My dog’s groomer is good and she does the job that the receptionist tells her to do. However, I cannot communicate directly with her. The “customer service” /receptionist at the front desk must play intermediary and acts like you are a nuisance to her. You cannot talk directly to the groomer so the requests get lost in translation, or the front desk ogre just doesn’t pass on your desires. Forgive me for showing up at my appointment time and interrupting your texting and donuts! If you don’t like your job find something else to do. So, 4 starts for the groomer and 0 stars for the customer service experience. Hey Kitty, do you even read these reviews? If so, maybe find a different front desk person."

"Would not take my cat to cut its nails. they said no appointment needed for this walk in service, yet they don't have time to cut my cats nails which takes less than 5 mins. Ridiculous."

"My dog received a nice haircut and bath today from Amy. However, I witnessed a different technician (grooming another dog) while picking up my dog. She was violently grabbing a small, white dog by his hind leg while grooming him, and yanking him back towards her. She did it 3 times! He kept trying to get away from her (for obvious reasons!!), and she kept yanking him back with force. I will never return here because of what I witnessed. I pray Amy did not treat my dog this way, but what I saw seemed borderline abusive. There was no one to tell there, and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe reporting her in person. Given her anger about this tiny dog, I didn’t want to confront her. I’m sure grooming is not an easy job, but it’s never OK to be so mean to a dog. Update: I’ve made 5 attempts to reach the owner over the last few weeks. She has not responded."

"Every so ofter I have Alicia take care of my 3 Chihuahuas. She does a great job and they are in and out. When i cant do the full treatment, i have them cut their nails and it is the cheapest in town. Definitely recommend!"
