CVS Pharmacy

"Avoid at all costs, especially if you need something quickly! I have had to come to this pharmacy four times for the same order to be filled correctly. After multiple attempts to get my order filled (with no communication from CVS to myself or my doctor), I was then sold the wrong items and had to return a fourth time to correct the order. I also witnessed a couple almost receive the wrong shots at the minute clinic during one of my 30+ minute waits. The husband was getting a flu shot and the wife was waiting on a Covid booster and the Pharmacist had them switched. Luckily the wife caught the discrepancy before the injection was administered. Customer service is not a priority, nor is attention to detail, which is scary considering the importance of the goods being sold and administered here."

"Frankie was busy but very pleasant, professional and efficient. Frankie was multi-tasking but did not let that affect her pleasant demeanor. Frankie promptly attended to me and provided me with the prescriptions that I was there to pick up. Frankie was very impressive."

"Pharmacy department is a mess. It’s always a hassle to get my prescription filled. The tech has to rebill my prescription but didn’t tell me that, just went to another register to help the next person. I had to ask why I was being skipped. It’s never a pleasant experience coming here and will be switching to Walgreens."
