"I was a first time customer. I walked in without an appointment since i called before and they said accept walk in. I walked in and wasn't greeted by the person standing in the counter and was ignored by her. I was greeted by a lady who was cutting a persons hair. I didn't know i had to sign up on the tablet they had on the counter since it was my first time there, i believe her name was Taylor who was at the counter. I stood there for a while before Taylor told me to sign in on the tablet. After signing in, i told Taylor i wanted to use a coupon that i received in the mail, which is a free hair cut for the first time customers. She told me to show her after the hair cut. I received the haircut by Taylor and nothing was spoken throughout the whole cut. My hair looked ok, wasn't even on both sides. The hair on the front of my head was not even at all with some strands of hair longer from the rest of my hair. I had to fix my hair myself at home so my hair was even in the front. After the cut, she told me my total, i told her i wanted to use this coupon. She said i wasn't able to use the coupon since i didn't get the MVP cut. I told her i showed her the coupon before my cut, then i think it was the manger or something step in and said go head and apply the coupon. They applied the coupon and was about to hand them a cash tip when they said in a rudely tone "are you going to tip?" I handed them the tip and started to walk out. Taylor yells at me and says "are you going to pay", i was shocked but the manager said they paid already with the coupon. Maybe she was new worker or something but i had a terrible experience here today as a new customer. It's my first and last time coming to this location."

Honestly, one of the best fades I have EVER gotten and I’ve been getting my hair cut like this for years now. Props to Elizabeth!
