"On 8/13 I placed a mobile order for pizza at the Oakland MD location for a pickup time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30 my order was not only not ready, it had never been attempted. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate on when it would be available. The employee response was "I'm by myself, BFS doesn't give me help". I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is well aware of, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but Nothing new as this is what Marshall (BFS founder/Owner) allows and expects at his locations. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, as again this reflects the culture Marshall has instilled at BFS."
"This place deserves zero stars!!! I've found dirt in my ice, bugs in my food, and the worst part is the person that works behind the counter wouldn't sell me cigarettes because I didn't have a driver's license I only have a state ID and I'm 18. so it tells me they won't sell them to me and when my bf went to buy his it wanted both our ID's and wouldn't sell him his because we were together. They need to be shut down! They are gross and have horrible customer service!!!"
