"This trail is stony all year and in a wet January it is a running stream. It starts along a noisy road, but parking is easy and your dog will love the woods"
"The trail is rocky one with access to the lake and my pet loved the trail. When it rains the trail gets muddy and you have to navigate through mud and running water so be prepared if you plan to hike around rainy days."

"Peaceful and beautiful!! Proper shoes for some chunky rock areas. I definitely suggest going up the steep side 1st. (Right side of parking lot) This allows you to get to the most beautiful side along the cove. Areas where you can access the water. No sand of course but small rocks which is fine. Please leave everything beautiful so everyone can enjoy this sweet spot on the lake."
"A long walk if you do the whole loop, but a very nice trail with cool nature to see. My only gripe is that there was no benches or picnic tables along the walk."
