"First off, kudos to the lady who checked me in- RayRay. She went out of her way to help me and I truly appreciated it. Someone give her a raise. She is professional and is a wonderful representative for the hotel. Rooms were very clean, the hotel was very quiet and I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow because their beds were probably the nicest I’ve ever slept on in any hotel! Whenever I passed a maid in the halls they were friendly and asked if I needed anything. This was my second time staying there and I will definitely always book there from now on. So conveniently located with a ton of places to eat. Everything from sushi and Italian to burgers. Cold stone ice cream for dessert. And tons of shopping."
"Horrible place !! We were here nine days ago only because we had business to attend. Rude staff who kept interrupting us when another staff was handling the checkin . Our room was sooo filthy , disgusting to look at that we nearly got sick ! Badly needs a total makeover, the only reason I give a 2 for the location is because it’s convenient for certain places to eat, but you have a Freight train going during the night …. How can you sleep? We barely got two hours of sleep. I wanted to post couple photos to show all of you how nasty this place is, think twice about staying here. I complained to customer service who got in contact with them but I never heard from the hotel directly!! Only from customer service."

"Stay away from this location. The managers are unprofessional, unhelpful and nasty, the staff is not much better. From check in to check out, it was nothing but one issue after the next. We rented a block of rooms for a wedding and to the person we have decided that if this is the type of people Hilton has working for them, we are better off with a different chain."
"Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. It is close to Jiffy Lube Live. It is about a 30 minute walk to the outdoor concert venue. Eat and drink before you go to the concert. The staff at the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was good with several choices for coffee. Happy traveling."
