The statements that show what the amount remaining on the contract is, but when you call them to actually buy it up front it is several thousand dollars more to do so. Getting charged several hundred dollars for their vendor to pick up the printer once the contract has ended, and then they reach out several weeks later to say that they haven't received it, and they are going to start charging me again. Never again will I have any relationship with this organization."

"This company is horrible when it comes to processing payments. Ever since I started making payments the company charges me a late fee EVERY MONTH even though I am on auto pay for the payment to be processed before the due date, in addition because I am on auto pay they've drafted DOUBLE the amount than the actual due payment. I've called in every month for the last 3-4 bill cycles and they assure me they have fixed the issue when in reality it's not. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENT IF YOU'RE ON AUTO PAY"
