"Well i made an appointment at 1pm today to get his nail trimmed and 5 mins later he was done the girl said he did fine well I made an appointment same day to get an bath at 4pm and I took him in there and I drop him off he was fine and I left she said give me 2 to 3 hours and she'll be done and she said we close at 630pm so just be here at 630 so I said ok and left well not even 5 mins and I was long gone away from the store I get an call and mind you she already had an attitude she was like is this diesel dad I said yes she was like he won't let me put him in the kennel and I said why won't he go in the kennel she was like can you come get the dog I don't have time for this. Unprofessional I won't be coming back, her name is Carlie"
