"Terrible experience with this place. They didn't know how to handle my puppy. And instead of saying so they tore up his nails. One paw at a time.. He came out a bloody mess!! I would not subject any dog to this torture! STAY AWAY O and the bonus! They charged me $10 more then they quoted me on the phone. My dog still won't look me after I put him through their torture. I wish there was negative stars..bc they place deserves that!"

"We have been going to the GROOMERY for years and have usually been happy. I saw that they had some issues recently with someone giving the dog to the wrong person. When I arrived today I mentioned that and they said the person was new. Well today, after we had been notified that our dog was ready to be picked up, I arrived 30 minutes later only to find out he had been washed again and wasn’t ready. Then, when he came out his nails weren’t clipped. And I had to debate with the front desk that they took his collar and I needed it back. When I got it back it was wet and dirty. Pretty disappointed and might be looking for a new place to go moving forward."
