"So disappointed. I had a simple haircut. I brought several pictures.This was my first time with this stylist. We had some brief conversation . What you would expect on meeting a new person. My hair was cut very quickly without much talk. I also asked if she thought it would be ok to perm my hair. It is fine & grey. My questions went unanswered. She did say next time we can talk about options & ways to style your hair.. I left the salon & headed for an out of town event. Honestly, I didn’t have much time to ck out the cut but felt it wasn’t right & nothing like the pictures. It was shorter & uneven. Confirmation came when I arrived at the event & my daughter said “mom are you cutting your hair again?” For 75$ plus a 20% tip maybe I should go back to the time of Covid & cut my own hair. A lot cheaper & people couldn’t tell the difference. What a shame. I won’t be back."
